Government of Pakistan has declared 5th February as public holiday to observe the "Kashmir Solidarity Day". In this regard, one-minute silence will be observed at 10:00 hours on 5th February, 2019. General Public is also requested to observe one-minute silence to pay tribute and honour to Kashmir Shuhada, says a press release received from Ministry of Interior here.
